Each sponge measures 12x10cm (5x4 inches), just big enough for a medium sized hand.
This is a reusable sponge to replace plastic sponges for cleaning. One side is made from 100% cotton, the other is jute with a layer of cotton flannel behind it, and the soft filling in the middle is organic kapok. The hanging loop is 100% cotton twill tape.

It can be rung out and air dried in between times, and washed in the machine with your other laundry to come out ready to go again (mind your colours, of course). Like many reusables, these sponges have many uses - some of my customers have been using this jute-backed sponge – as an exfoliating shower sponge.
Max 40 degrees wash, bleach or products containing bleaching agents will damage the cotton so are best avoided.
